Here is the lot that we would pick. It starts on the left of the lamp post and goes to the green short post to the left. Extends back into the trees.

I am standing in the dining room and looking toward the "hall" which you turn left into the coat closet and 1/2 bath. Then if you went straigh you would go into the family room. We want to get rid of the fuzzy steps and put a runner down the center with hard wood on the sides.

to the right is the first bedroom(13x12) that Markos wants so he can put his leggo's in the built in window seat...This bedroom shares a jack & jill bathroom.

I am stanging in the jack & jill bath and looking into Matthew's room.(15x14.8)
And around the corner is the bonus room.(22x14.6)

back of the house. (0.4 ac)We are thinking of moving the fireplace to the side of the house ? better for the back of the house and maybe give you more options on the furniture placement inside the family room?
